2024 HIRE Vets Medallion Award Recipient

The Honoring Investment in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Program is the only federal-level program that recognizes employers who successfully recruit, hire, and retain veterans.
CENTEGIX joins 838 other companies who have shown a commitment to hiring veterans, but also ensuring that they have a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service.
Recipients of the 2024 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including: veteran hiring and retention percentages, availability of veteran-specific resources, leadership programming for veterans, dedicated human resource efforts, pay compensation and tuition assistance programs for veterans.

Three years ago, I set out to begin my journey with a small but passionate CENTEGIX team, specifically in the onboarding team. There were a lot of us on the onboarding team back then, juggling multiple responsibilities and recognized that our success depended on the collective experience of the organization. We were resourceful, never hesitating to ask questions, seek advice, and learn from those around us. This collaborative spirit accelerated our growth and strengthened our expertise—both individually and as a team.
Today, I am proud to lead a dynamic team of 13 talented individuals. This growth hasn't come without challenges, but with the unwavering support of our leadership and the collaborative efforts of the teams around us, we have not only met but exceeded our goals. I am grateful for the opportunities for growth and development this role has provided me, and for the trust placed in me by our leadership and colleagues.
As we continue to grow and evolve, I'm excited about the future opportunities that lie ahead.

When I first started at Centegix in 2022 I had no idea what my career path would be, I was just super ecstatic to be a part of such a great company with a one of a kind product. But I did know that I wanted to make my mark and create a journey specific to my goals and overall career development.
From starting out in Customer Success to filling the first Customer Trainer position and now being a part of the new Platform Account Management team, I have not only exceeded my expectations thus far, but it is a direct reflection of my work ethic and willingness to learn.
