A student passed out in my classroom. I was able to use the CrisisAlert badge to quickly summon the nurse, principal, and assistant principal to my classroom to provide assistance. The badge was on my lanyard so I did not have to leave the student’s side to access the phone for assistance. 3 students in a neighboring class got into an argument that was escalating quickly and almost turned into a fight. I ran to the class and use my badge to alert help. Within seconds the administrators came and help separate the students. It’s quick, easy and super efficient.

I think workplace safety has improved tremendously [since implementing CrisisAlert]. Having the response system has made it so there is an efficient way to reach out if you have a situation escalating that you need immediate help with.

This entire event—from the first shot that we heard to the time that law enforcement was heavily on the scene and responding and the threat was over—it was all done within three minutes.
