Customer Testimonials

I have been implementing technology projects for over 40 years. This is, by far, the most amazing implementation I have experienced. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I would put CENTEGIX in an outstanding group of companies with the likes of Disney and Apple. Outstanding service and attention to every detail. Awesome job team.
Kurt Clark
Director of Facilities and Information Technology, Primsa Community Care

This incident was an important reminder that time is of the essence and that critical moments like these can take place at any time. Because the CrisisAlert™ system was in place, we were able to ensure the safety of our staff member.

The immediate response is something I love…it’s not even a second after I hit my button,” Stiebel says about the responsiveness of CrisisAlert. “It’s that comfort and reassurance that my team is here for me and will help protect me and the clinic.
Christine Stiebel
Patient Experience Coordinator, Vail Health Behavioral Health, CO

In the past we struggled with moving the ball forward as quickly as the public has demanded with regards to security and safety of students and staff. This is going to represent a significant move forward.
Dr. Gabriel Trujillo
Superintendent, Tucson Unified School District, AZ

I love the simplicity of the CENTEGIX safety solution. I love the fact that it empowers everyone to be on duty. We have a saying on our team that we’re all on duty when it comes to safety. This actually lives that message out.
Mark Martin
Superintendent, Meade County School District, KY

The School Resource Officer from the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office stationed at Clear Creek Middle School adjacent to the transportation facility was able to use the CENTEGIX CrisisAlert System to place the school in lockdown instantly and respond immediately to arrest the individual.
Dr. Shanna Downs
Superintendent, Gilmer County School System, GA

A student was having a medical emergency in another classroom and the teacher needed help. It is vital to be able to get help quickly. [CrisisAlert] is right at your fingertip to alert that you need help.
Gilmer County Middle School Teacher
Gilmer County School System, GA

The difference to me [between a successful response and a response to learn from] is constant communication, real-time information, and leveraging technology...Those are the end-all-be-all to making sure our communities stay safe.
Jeri Williams
Former Chief of Police, Phoenix PD, AZ

Emergencies, they don't wait for someone to locate the manual, or unlock the phone, or open up an app. In a crisis, time compresses, and stress truly increases, and so clarity truly does matter. For us, it was more about moving from compliance to readiness.
Dr. LaTonya Goffney
Superintendent, Aldine ISD, TX

When I entered a room for cleaning, I found one of our guests on the floor struggling to breathe. A few months ago, we received our new alert badges and were trained in how to use them. It was a very stressful situation, but I was able to call for help quickly and easily—I just pushed the button—and then was able to stay with the guest until medics arrived.

There are a couple of key features of the CENTEGIX system that are most notable from a parental perspective. you need something that is reliable, you need something that's simplistic, and that's ultimately where the CENTEGIX system shines above its current competitors. That wearable mobile panic button that hangs around the neck—that is lightweight, but invaluable, as far as functionality is concerned—that single button that does so much to—if it was to press—save a life, is something that really you could not put a dollar amount on.
Chris DeNoia
St. Johns County, FL

It empowers teachers to be in control of the safety of their room. They can summon a principal at the push of a button. We know where and we know who. That is a powerful technology.
Trent North
Superintendent, Douglas County Public Schools, GA

Safety is an everyday thing in our world. Everybody’s taking ownership in that building and letting us know what’s going on.
Ron Self
Former Director of Safety & Security, Little Rock School District, AR

We landed on CENTEGIX because the platform not only has the functionality but the reliability to fill some of our (safety) gaps. Cellular devices aren’t the most reliable. Our phone system is networked, so it depends on Wi-Fi. Not all staff members have radios. We knew we had to have a communication platform and CENTEGIX checked all the boxes.
Jeff Frankowiak Ed.S., LPC
Director of Technology, Rochester Community Schools, MI

I had a non-verbal student having a meltdown in the lunch room, I was unable to get her to leave with me. I used my Badge and 3 higher up staff members came to assist and get the other students out of the way. This device has been nothing but helpful to our whole school.
Michigan Middle School Teacher
Rudyard Area Schools, MI

I've spoken to several principals and several teachers throughout the entire district and everyone loves CENTEGIX. Everyone loves what they can do. What I hear mostly from staff members is they don't have to try to communicate an emergency to administration. They can communicate an emergency through the system, and then that alerts the entire building.
Chief Tracey L. Whaley
Chief of Police & Executive Director of Public Safety, Dekalb County School District, GA

Workplace safety [is the] number one issue not only for the schools but also throughout the nation, so this gives an extra level of security for our staff members.
Frank Stanage
Human Resources Director, Alamo Heights ISD, TX

This recognition reflects strong overall performance, no underperforming student groups, and a high graduation rate. These results demonstrate our focused efforts and academic initiatives are making a meaningful difference in student engagement, consistency, and overall performance.
Keith Brown
Superintendent, Limestone Community High School District, IL

Medical Emergency At School, Student’s Life Saved
