•     Stabilize your camera: Use a tripod or prop your phone or camera so the shot is steady.

•     Frame yourself properly: Position yourself at eye level, centered, with a little space above your head.

•     Keep the background clean: A tidy, uncluttered background helps viewers focus on you.

•     Check sound before recording: Do a quick test recording to ensure your voice is captured well.

  Acceptable video file types include: .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .avi, .mpg. Maximum file size is 256 MB.
