With the simple push of a button on a wearable emergency button, an alert instantly reaches administrators and responders. Safety Platformโ„ข Launch. In October 2023, CENTEGIX announced the launch of our Safety Platform, a cloud-based, integrated solution that unites our powerful market-leading solutions including:

The Safety Platform creates a culture of safety by reducing identification time, notification time, and response time during an emergency.ย ย  Helping schools comply with Alyssaโ€™s Law. Alyssaโ€™s Law requires public elementary and secondary schools to be equipped with โ€œsilent panic alarms directly linked to law enforcement.โ€ The law is named in honor of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting victim Alyssa Alhadeff. CENTEGIX has worked diligently to ensure its CrisisAlert school alert system and wearable emergency button fulfill the purpose of Alyssaโ€™s law: decrease response time and save lives. CENTEGIX school alert system Here are some testimonials we are proud to share:

โ€œI donโ€™t know of another product out there that can help control the response time to emergencies. Whether it is a whole campus situationโ€”the unthinkableโ€”or these different medical emergencies, or classroom events. I cannot think of anything thatโ€™s going to speed up a response the way this does, or enable as many employees to be able to get help and initiate a response.โ€ โ€“ Georgia Superintendent Dr. Kim Morgan, Brantley County Schools.

โ€œOur previous mobile app didnโ€™t work because there were simply too many places on campus where the service was unavailable. We switched to CENTEGIX because there was nothing else that compared in terms of complete campus coverage and ease of use.โ€ โ€“ Chief of Safety and Security Frank Frangella, Martin County School District, Florida.

โ€œThis is a product thatโ€™ll benefit all staff in our district. And not just our teachers, but our custodians, our bus drivers, secretaries, food service, you name it. Thereโ€™s a lot of other entities within a school district. And it allows us to provide that securityโ€”and, frankly, the quick responseโ€”for all staff.โ€ Kansas Assistant Superintendent Dr. Jim McMullen, Olathe Public Schools.

โ€œThe system has a very sophisticated mapping feature that allows responders to see exactly which room or hallway the emergency is coming from and from whom. In the event of a real active shooter, we could share this information with outside police agencies who may be coming to aid us.โ€ – Police Chief Paul Cordova, Aldine ISD, Texas.

Every Second Matters

Response time is a crucial component of a safety plan. Every second matters when an emergency event threatens the safety of your organization. Schools, hospitals, government buildings, and the staff within them rely on a timely response to emergencies. A quick response can mean the difference between a crisis averted and a disaster. The CENTEGIX CrisisAlert wearable emergency button, a critical component of a comprehensive municipal building, hospital, or school alert system, ensures that every staff member can send an alert from anywhere on campus in any situation. CENTEGIX Safety Blueprint maps show precise location information so administrators, safety personnel, and first responders can quickly assist. During a panel for CENTEGIX, Dr. Jim McMullen of Olathe Public Schools stated:

โ€œThis is a product thatโ€™ll benefit all staff in our district. And not just our teachers, but our custodians, our bus drivers, secretaries, food service, you name it. There are a lot of other entities within a school district. And it allows us to provide that securityโ€”and, frankly, the quick responseโ€”for all staff.โ€

Users of CENTEGIX technology hail it as one of the best school alert systems in the market. Superintendent Stacey Locke of Yakima School District benefited from the efficiency and speed of the CrisisAlert wearable emergency button:ย

โ€œFor our staff, it has been mindblowing. With the CENTEGIX technology, they now feel valued. We now have 2,000 additional eyes and ears on the safety of not only Yakima School District, but also the community as a whole, and I can tell you what a difference that has made when we talk about a comprehensive culture of safety.โ€ย
